A one hour session of managing stress and anxiety will teach you the art of relaxation with meditation and deep breathing. I will teach you how to combat the negative effects of stress and tension by experiencing deep relaxation. You will feel rested and revitalised both physically and mentally, promoting a stronger immune system and less likely to fall victim to ill-health. Sleep patterns may be restored with regular practice. These therapies can help improved your concentration and powers of recalling.

Hypnotherapy  appointments - Payment is usually required prior to your appointment unless paying in cash. 

  Fees paid are non-refundable.

You can pay in one of the following ways :

• Cash
• Cheque, made payable to 'Anne Widdup', supported by a cheque guarantee card
• Bank Transfer - please ask for details

-Credit/debit cards are not accepted for any treatment or location.
-Cancellation Policy : A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required.
-The full fee will be charged for missed appointments or late cancellations.
-In certain circumstances, it may be necessary for you to have written permission from your General Practitioner or Consultant prior to the commencement of treatment.
-In keeping with the ethics of the profession, every effort will be made to offer treatment at a reduced rate if official written evidence of financial difficulty is provided prior to the appointment.
